Enterprise AI transformation consulting
We help enterprise teams decide where AI is worth using. Then we build the system and keep it working in production.
What working with us looks like.
Three phasesWe understand how the work happens today.
We look at every step, every handoff, every decision, and every place the work gets stuck.
You keep the map. We use it to answer the first question: does this need AI at all?
If AI is worth using, we record how the operation performs today and agree on what should improve.
We build the system.
We work with the systems already running your operation and add new infrastructure only where it is needed.
We define what the system can do on its own and which decisions stay with your team.
We stay responsible after the system goes live.
After launch, we measure what changed against that starting point.
We also monitor the system, evaluate its outputs, and can roll it back if something goes wrong.
We review the results with your team and decide what needs to change.
Real operations are full of exceptions.
ExceptionsA demo shows what happens when everything goes to plan. An operational system needs clear rules for when it can continue, when it needs approval, and when it must stop.
Its context persists between runs, its actions are recorded, its outputs are evaluated, and it can be rolled back when something goes wrong.
We integrate the AI into the workflow itself, so using it does not become another task for your team.
We use AI agents in our own operations.
Our own operationsOur internal AI operating system keeps decisions, research, delivery state, and rules in one versioned place. Agents use that context to research and verify work without starting from zero each time. Deterministic checks and human approval protect important decisions.
The questions people ask.
Five questions04.1What happens on the first call?
We talk through the operation you want to improve, what happens today, and how you would know the project worked. Then we tell you whether AI is worth investigating further and what the next step should be.
04.2How do you decide where AI is worth using?
We separate steps that can follow fixed rules from work that requires interpretation. Fixed rules stay in ordinary software. AI is used where rules are not enough, and important decisions still require your team's approval.
04.3What if our AI pilot stalled?
We start by assessing what exists: the workflow, code, data access, model behaviour, evaluations, and production controls. Then we tell you what can be kept, what needs to change, and whether taking it forward makes sense.
04.4Who needs to be involved from our side?
At minimum, we need a sponsor who owns the outcome, an operational owner who understands the work, and the relevant technical or security contacts. Your team approves the important decision boundaries, access, and each phase before anything goes live.
04.5How does pricing work?
We price the work one phase at a time. Before each phase starts, you see what it covers, what it produces, and what it costs.
Client feedback
"Working with Dugg has been a genuinely great experience. He's incredibly responsive, quick to deliver, and just 'gets it' from the start. It makes a big difference having someone who understands requirements straight away and executes without friction."
